A Community Revived
For years, families in Kalonga lived with limited access to clean water, education, and basic services. Many households faced deep poverty, poor sanitation, and little hope for a better future.
Through partnership with supporters committed to community transformation, change slowly began to take shape.
Working alongside the community, we supported access to clean water, strengthened education opportunities, and helped create pathways for skills and small livelihoods. What once began with children learning under trees has grown into safer learning spaces, improved water access, and renewed hope for vulnerable families.
Children are now able to attend school and receive support, while widows and caregivers are beginning to access small opportunities that restore dignity and stability.
These changes have not solved every challenge, but they have laid a foundation for lasting hope and growth.
Kalonga’s story is a reminder that transformation does not happen overnight, it happens step by step, through partnership, presence, and compassion.
