🏭Briquette Production Project
Partner with us to establish a small-scale briquette production workshop at Havilah Community Academy, Wakiso. The project will transform suitable waste into affordable alternative fuel while equipping participants with practical skills in production, environmental stewardship and entrepreneurship.
Location: Havilah Community Academy, Wakiso
Target: Students and school community
Expected participants: 40 per month
Project focus: Waste-to-energy, practical skills, waste management & job creation
Total project cost: $5,000
Impact
- Reduced waste: The project will reduce the amount of waste accumulating in the surrounding community by converting suitable waste into briquettes and waste management.
- Practical skills: 40 participants will gain hands-on experience in production each month.
- Income generation: Trained individuals will be able to earn income by producing and selling briquettes.
- Alternative energy: The project will produce an affordable alternative fuel for households, and businesses.
